Solution:

let a and b be 12x and 12y

Since, to satisfy the condition, a > b > 12 , 

we have b as 24 and a be 36.

Let the three numbers be 2x,3x,4x.
HCF of above three numbers will be x
The number will be 2*12,3*12,4*12
i,e. 24, 36, 48
The LCM of 24, 36, 48 will be 144
